Dr. Neil W. Thomas
Dr. Thomas is a graduate of Wayne State University and the University of Detroit Dental School where he received a Doctor of Dental Science.
Over the past thirty-four years, Dr. Thomas has practiced all phases of dentistry and has taken numerous continuing education courses with an emphasis on implant surgery, prosthetics and periodontial procedures. He completed his initial implant training at the Misch Implant Institute in 1987 followed by over 2000 hours of advanced surgical and implant training which continues to this day.
Dr. Thomas has successfully performed thousands of implant and related surgical procedures over the past twenty years. He lectures nationally on placement and restoration of dental implants in a continuing educational program which provides training for dentists in surgical and restorative procedures.
Dr Thomas is an active member of the following professional organizations:
- American Dental Association
- Michigan Dental Association
- American Academy of Implant Dentistry - Associate Fellow
- International Congress of Oral Implantologists - Fellow
Dr Thomas has held an active role in forming the Concord Dental Group which has been in existence since 1984. His practice is directed toward securing fully functional and aesthetic oral restorations in patients via the surgical placement of implants.
